I would just like to state again for the record that it is a travesty that the OAC only gets 11 berths to the NCAA. I blame Capital University (which is where I wrestled) for the drop. Capital is hiring a New AD and maybe we can convince the new top dog that wrestling is in the best interest of the athletic department.
In the meantime, good luck to all of the Ohio DIII schools.
I would also like to add that the NAIA tourney is this weekend also. I will post a list of Ohio boys wrestling in that National Championship soon. The one that I do know, good luck to Theo Dotson (Hamilton Township.) as he attempts to AA twice for Cumberland University. of Tennessee.

Scott,
Yes Capital dropped it, but so has many others over the years, and not only that, there are some teams that don't even have full rosters, which in turn hurt the conference.

Yeah I know others are to blame as well, but having wrestled at Cap, that one especially hurt. I think the way they handled the whole situation was terrible as well. Coach Simpson is a great guy and an excellent coach and he deserved better.

The OAC has had a rough day so far. Three out of eleven are still alive and AA. Russo from BW, Fogliano from Heidelberg and Bowers from Heidelberg. Bowers however is still in the championship bracket.
