Anyone confirm his announcement? Very curious.
I felt he was a driver around Flo's success.

Surprised no comment from the Flo guys, unless I’ve missed something.

C-Py tweeted that he’ll address this on FRL tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.

I personally don't like Flo's new logo and branding and just about all the content is now pay to see. Even the FRL audio piece is now pay to listen to.

I do like Flo. I think you get a lot of live wrestling and FRL for the subscription price.
How many live events did they have just this weekend?

Sad to see Willie go, always looked forward to his takes on FRL.
I wonder if the Feds came after him for advocating not paying income taxes.

I heard Willie posted a video explaining him leaving the company. Caveat- It is behind a pay wall as well.
I thought that was kind of odd, and I know I won't be spending money to hear about this since I don't care for Flo or any of its employees/recent employees at all. I wonder if that was made as a subtle jab to the company with all the paywall talk thats been circulating as of late?

Not only that, the link he tweeted out to his video talking about his move is a broken link - https://rokfin.com/post/4739
I'm not super familiar with the site he's with now, though I do know Martin Floreani is the Founder & CEO of it. The connection there being he was the guy who started Flowrestling. Ben Askren tweets a lot about the site and is listed as one of the creators. I remember seeing Jordan Burroughs put some content out through them too.

In a group text a few weeks back, we discussed Rofkin. Basically called it Flo 2.0.
Entrepreneurs. Can dig.

Thanks for the clarity on Rofkin. Does Marty Floreani still have any connection with Flo? I remember at Ironman several years back he was basically a 1 man army. Curious to know if he just owns a majority stake and cut off all other ties or if he still contributes to the company he created in any way?

Have 0 idea how accurate the details are to this article, though everything I remember reading at the time was that he was pushed out of the company for various reasons...

Thanks Eric, i'm sure Martin is doing just fine but with all things business-related as soon as a company starts to see some success- Politics usually come into play.

yep as u say "politics" (lol, i know firsthand how that goes) ...often the guy who built it is forced out- example Steve Jobs founded Apple but then was forced out, though later brought back because he was irreplaceable-- its about politics, personalities and maneuvering for power.
as i was told, founder & CEO Floriana has been out 2 years-- when Flo became majority owned by investors he lost control. He is on Board of Directors but im guessing thats token.
i don't know Willie's story but im guessing the Culture changed from the original crew of carefree wrestling guys who did things unconventionally and developed a cult following. ... its corporate now, not a good fit for everyone.
