Tom Ryan in an interview with Flo after last night’s match was addressing unsettled weights in the lineup when he mentioned “we’ve for some midyear guys coming in.” Anyone know who Ryan’s talking about? He said he couldn’t mention them until they sign. The only name I can come up with is Anthony Echemendia.

Tom Ryan has 10 glass cases stashed away in the Covelli center with an AA caliber wrestler for each weight. However, he's not allowed to break them open until January 1, 2020 and unless it's an emergency. Or so I was told.

No idea who might be out there but it’s good to know Coach has a treasure trove of All Americans in waiting. Hank, we have ten? By my count we’ll only need six or seven to win the National Championship.

While we’re speculating.... I thought Enchemendia was a 149 prospect? I have no earthly idea who he’s talking about, but.....things don’t look so rosey up in Gopher land could Mr Steveson be looking for a a different fit and a heavy weight specific coach?? An off the beaten path guess might be Isaac Wilcox. Top 100 recruit verbal’d to the Bucks but never enrolled???? What a tease. It’s probably no one of major significance but it sure sounds interesting.

I asked previously about Hudson Jump and no one responded. There is a picture of him in a buckeye uniform on the web but he is not on the current roster. Anyone know his status?

Forgive my ignorance here. Would Enchemdia be graduating early or did he already graduate and not enroll this fall? Wasn't he originally committed to ISU? What's the story here, Hank?

Anthony Enchemendia according to the google...
-defected a year ago from Cuba where he won multiple cadet and junior titles
-Won a 2019 Arizona state title at 152lbs by going undefeated
-Dropped to 145 this summer and beat Brecksville native Victor Voinavich 10-4 for the Fargo national title.
-Mollywhopped #8 ranked Josh Saunders during The Who’s #1 event
-Kinda committed...or maybe not...to ISU before reopening his commitment and visiting several other schools.

I was told by a friend of the family that Hudson has quit the team.

Thanks Mike,
I wonder if it was because Kerkvliet was recruited and Hudson figured he wasn't needed (or would never start). Now that Kerkvliet is gone I wonder if he will reconsider his decision.

I wanted to hold off on this until the school released the info, but this board apparently wants to know. So...
I have eligibility left. See y'all in January.
ps: How is Enchamedia eligible? No shade - just...grades, citizenship, etc.
