We all know what Graham accomplished this year and how easy they made everything look all year as well. They only graduated three seniors while they were great seniors they only lost three which says something about how good they will be next year.
They lose Boyd, Jordan and Thomusseit. However they gain Isaac Jordan and Felipe Martinez plus Ryan Taylor I do believe. This brings the question of what the lineup will be next year and how great they will be next year.
103 - Brascetta/Taylor
112 - Jordan/Brascetta
119 - Taylor
125 - Neibert
130 - Armstrong
135 - Martinez/Stephens (Sr)
140 - Stephens/Martinez (Fr)
145 - Meyers/Bair/Martinez (Jr)
152 - Stephens (So)
160 - Ryan
171 - Mannier
189 - Thomusseit
215 - White
285 - Walls
The team they have assembled next year is going to be out of this world. The two freshman they have coming in for sure are lights out and will make an immediate impact on the state and national level. Look at the middle weights where some they maybe two or three deep at least.
Graham is quickly laying stake as the team to beat in Ohio for years to come.

Any chance next year Blair and Graham meet in a dual? Know it did not happen this year but maybe next year. I know Ironman is right now the only place they will face off.

Heard at OU this weeked Ryan Taylor sat out this years JH tournament so that he can repeat 8th grade and enter next year. Seems to be a requirement in Urbana. Might have to contend with Heil next year, Dicamillo sure didn't miss Heil this year.
Doubt Blair would come to Graham, might offer to let them come to Jersey or more likely in eastern PA due to travel restrictions. Graham wasn't seeking them out until they had their best team ever. The reason they wrestle Ed's is because they do it regardless of what they have each year.

I know Graham is a public school, but just curious how many of their wrestlers attended Kindergarten in the district and have been there the entire time.

Gary, I don't know exact numbers on that but the whole move-in argument when it comes to Graham is not like some places. Most (if not nearly all) have trained with Jordan and the Graham boys for many many years. When most reach middle school age, they make a decision, stay at home or move to Graham. If it is realistic financially to move, most do. A lot of times it is easier to find a home with a like mortgage payment than it is to pay $5000 a year to attend private school.
I don't agree with everything that happens over there (ie. the middle school redshirt) but the fact that so many kids move there to compete does not surprise me, or bother me, at all. In fact, it has pretty much become the norm in our sport.

gear--"...Graham wasn't seeking them out until they had their best team ever..."
Get your facts straight. Graham dualed Blair several years ago at Easton. They have faced them every year at Ironman and Beast when Graham traveled there. Jordan had also tried to contact Buxton numerous times over the past few years. Buxton never returned his call. So now Jordan should bend over backwards for Blair? I don't think so.
"...Doubt Blair would come to Graham, might offer to let them come to Jersey ..."
Let them come to Jersey? How arrogant can you get? Graham has the title. If Blair wants it back they, "have" to travel to Saint Paris. Its that arrogance that cost Buxton the chance this year. He still wanted to call the shots on arranging the dual. My opinion, Blair will travel to Saint Paris or lose the National title at Ironman again. I don't think it really matters to Jordan. But, I'm pretty sure he's not going to kiss Buxton's butt.

I agree...
In my opinion Blair dosn't deserve for Graham to even come out of the city to wrestle for the title. Blair had plenty of chances throughout the years but Buxton must of felt that Blair was too good or something. If he thinks that Jordan would take his team out of THEIR state to defend THEIR title, he must be crazy. If I was Jordan I wouldn't even give him a call. If Buxton dosn't want to come down here, he must not want his title back.
