My personal opinion about the MINN situation is that the sites listed above could have been in the works for as many as three years. I would be willing to bet that the city of Cleveland did not hesitate to contact the NCAA for a revisit once 2018 ended. I'd believe those sites were in the works for awhile or they lined certain pockets more than the MN contingent did.        ► Add to the Discussion
