Man, I truly applaud what Flo is doing to put a product out there for us wrestling fans to watch, but it is just not a great product. Watching MyMar tonight was great, and he looked phenomenal, but putting a mat down in a banquet room, with no fan noise, and odd interviews from Mike Mal and rerun commercials over and over is tough to watch.
I know they are trying, but its hard to watch.

I’ve thought the same thing of the UFC stuff, and big ten football as well. The football games look like straight up scrimmages. I guess we take what we can get, huh? I am excited for the November 14th card. Sasso, Enchemendia, and Moore all in action with JB vs Zahid. I’m assuming these are all freestyle, but I’m not sure.

I am sorry to say this but as I watched a number of matches I was left thinking that an official must have to weigh at least 300 pounds to officiate one of these matches. It is my feeling that the athletes put in a lot of work to get where they are and the officials should do the same. They don't need to look like the wrestlers but, damn, their gut should not be hanging over their belt either.
Rant over.

My dad called that the "Dunlap Disease". It's when your belly Dunlaps over your belt buckle.
Luke: I get where you're coming from, but I'll say a couple things - 1) gotta do what you gotta do. 2) I think I'd like to try the Wendy's sandwich. 3) I was grateful to be watching wrestling. 4) I appreciate that the wrestlers were compensated for their efforts.
That's all I have.

I had questions coming into this event as to how FLO would fill the air time. The entire concept was great, but the breaks were long. I was watching the Buckeye game, so it was not that big of a deal this time.
Moving forward that is the one area for improvement.
A foundation was laid, and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to watch wrestling. Thank you FLO and I look forward to another weight class with money on the line.

It's so nice to be spoiled having 3 Buckeyes on the next Flo card on Nov. 14th.
So who are the next 3 Buckeyes you want to see on Flo? Opponents?
I am going with Kharchla as 1 pick, not sure about his opponent.

I think moving forward, Flo will collect “B-role” footage and use events like this to air it. ...which, IMO, is a good move.
Remember: the breaks - in part - were to sanitize. (HS tournaments - take note.)
Good stuff all around.
