I have been drilling, and running drills, for about 18 years now based on my own training. While I am constantly studying and researching the top guys in the country, I want to see some video, or clips, of the top programs drilling before they compete in their warm ups. I want to see what Penn State, Iowa, etc. are doing to get ready to compete.
Just looking for ways to make my wrestlers better!
