Mark, Thanks for sharing that link. I didn't know about that podcast. I also watched their interview with Coach Erik Burnett which was also really good.

I watched it during lunch. Great interview and I really like what Opfer is doing.
One surprise: no surgery for Kharchla.

Jaggers - completely understandable - tried to be coy on that.
After listening to the interview, I’m excited for the wrestle-offs. Not that anything is going to be settled, but, as Opfer put it, the unofficial start to the season.
Go Buckeyes!

Interesting interview. I'd have liked to hear more discussion about weight class battles as Jaggers alluded to lots of spots being unsettled. In particular, I'm interested in what's going on at 133, 141, 157 and 197. Assuming the plan is to fit Kharchla, Smith and Romero into the lineup.
Jaggers talked about Tate Orndorf as having had a great summer of training. Evidently, he's really transformed himself in the weight room.
Jags also pointed out how for a youngish Bucks team, Covid restrictions hurt a lot. There was no preseason to help get guys ready and do situational training.
