In reading one of the items that did pass, they upped the amount you can win in a sporting event from $400 to $500.
I didn’t know you could win anything of value.

Paying high school athletes is a bad idea. Paying college athletes is also a bad idea. But the NCAA brought it on itself with its draconian rules. Terrelle Pryor should have had an opportunity to make a little side cash as an example.
