2022 Ohio State OOC Home Opponents
November 11th – Virginia Tech
125 – Eddie Ventresca – Freshman – 30th
133 – Sam Latona – Sophomore – 13th
141 – Collin Gerardi – Senior – 24th
149 – NONE
157 – Bryce Andonian – Junior – 5th
165 – Drew Nicholson – Senior – 33rd
174 – Mekhi Lewis – Junior – 2nd
184 – Hunter Bolen – Senior – 12th
197 – Dakota Howard – Senior – 27th
285 – Hunter Katka – Freshman – 21st

This should be a fun dual. I favor VT at 157 and 174, and OSU at every other weight. Yes, I think one of Ohio State’s fab frosh take the mat at 133 and beat Latona. And I am not counting out Gallagher or Smith from winning either.

November 18th – Columbia
125 – Joe Manchio – Senior – 27th
133 – NONE
141 – Matt Kazimir – Senior – 12th
149 – Danny Fongero – Senior – 33rd
157 – NONE
165 – Josh Ogunsaya – Junior – 11th
174 – NONE
184 – NONE
197 – NONE
285 – NONE

Ohio State won’t be in any trouble here, but 141 and 165 could be good matches. Decent chance of a shutout here.

December 11th – Kent State
149 – Kody Kamara – Senior – 21st

Nice of Tom Ryan to schedule an in-state school. Shutout for OSU.

I understand that there’s always a chance, but what makes you “not count out” Gallagher in a bout with Andonian?
