Anyone going break this one down? Line ups, predictions, analysis? Seems like some big matchups to not be getting any attention on here.

125: Heinselman and Ungar split in Vegas.
133: Mendez vs Arujau. Match of the night
141: D'Emilio vs Cornella or Fernandez. Cornella is ranked a couple spots ahead of D'Emilio but outside a few guys this weight is wide open.
149: Sasso v Diakomihalis. Yianni has always known how to handle Sasso's funk in the past but hope springs eternal.
157: Gallagher vs Cole Handlovic. I know nothing about the Cornell kid but if Bucks have any shot this bout has to be a win.
165: Kharchla or Reeves vs Ramirez. Kharchla beat Ramirez several times last year but Ramirez is having the better season.
174: Smith v Foca. #5 vs #4. Foca beat him at Vegas but Bucks sucked in Vegas. Smith seems to have cleaned up his game since then.
184: Romero or Gavin Bell vs Ethan Hatcher. My guess is Bucks sit Romero and allow his fingers to continue to heal
197: Luke Geog vs #15 Jacob Cardenas. Geog has some nice O but is not likely to beat a top 20 guy from Cornell in my opinion.
285: Orndorff vs Furman. Orndorff is the favorite.
Bucks need to pick up a lot of tight bouts to pull this off. We don't match up well with Cornell.

If Romero doesn't wrestle, I can't believe they won't put Shumate out there instead of Bell. Especially if they plan on starting him next year??

If Shumate is the starter next year it will be a huge hole for the buckeyes. I think Rogototzke probably will already be better and start. Or Rocco welsh goes up for one year possibly? He’s a borderline top 50 wrestler and hasn’t improved in three years.

Nick, the Shumate hate is stale. He’s had a nice season. Stick with him.
We won’t see Shumate today because I believe he’s exhausted his five freebie matches.

Drew do not hate the kid, I wish him all the best. There is just a different expectation at Ohio state than most schools. If you can’t compete for an All American status i consider it a hole in Ohio states lineup. I do not see him even as an NCAA qualifier next year. He is 12-2 record this season with a very weak schedule. He did have a good win over the Rutgers kid but the rest of the results are worrisome imo.
Here are some
7-6 win #51 bates
5-4 win naia kid
7-5 sv win Gavin bell #112
10-2 loss #35 Indiana
3-1 sv win #68 northwestern
3-2 win #111 Cleveland State
All wrestlestat rankings btw
He would be a fine addition to a mac school or many other programs but will struggle badly in the big ten. See him as a spot starter. The reason Tom Ryan went after Rotogokze so late in the process is he thought Geog would be 184. Once Tom realized Geog was going to be 197 he recruited Rotogotzke hard. Tom knows 184 is an area of concern for the future and got who ge wanted. Hope he proves me wrong and wins a national championship but I have followed him the last three years and haven’t seen much of any progression. His sophomore year was the top of his recruiting class and beating Feldman. They have went completely different trajectories.

Paddy is starting to turn the corner. This dual is a joke. Hopefully Vito and Mendes actually wrestle to selvage this. Why put this dual on the schedule if no one is going to wrestle.

Especially the home team.
Wilcox is a gamer. The other guy is much bigger.
