The Real Woods transfer seems to be the first subtly stream of what was initially a trickle and, presumably, will soon be a raging torrent of a paradigm shift.
Hypothetical: If PSU continued with their same coach, culture, approach, caliber of recruits, etc. without any NIL $ involved whatsoever (see hypothetical) could they still win the NCAA title over a top D1 team that is foundationally built on NIL $?

Hypothetically, I think that could help said team unseat PSU. However, it seems PSU has the deepest pockets with their RTC funding, so this could swing the other way.
