Tom Brands does many things well but managing personalities remains a weakness.
He screwed up the Ramos-Dennis situation, ignored Metcalf after his retirement from FS and watched him go work for the cross-state rival, and had a falling out with Mark Perry as club coach.
And now he desperately chases the least successful Ferrari and along the way runs off blue-chipper Chitthum.
Drama happens on every team but it sure makes a lot of noise at Iowa.

Chittum has transferred high schools, and Iowa St is his 3rd college "commitment". I think TR chose to stay clear this time around.
