This is a bit of a misnomer. No one person runs the RTC. It’s a collective effort.
Also, does anyone know the NCAA rules for coaching staffs?? (As in how many a school is officially allowed to have on staff.)

NCAA I believe increased it from 3 to 4 paid coaches allowing Logan to be on payroll.
