Freestyle season is open for business...many leagues and clubs are starting to get underway, and there are several groups in NE Ohio that will be busy training and competing. The Suburban Freestyle League is underway!!!
The purpose of the Suburban Freestyle League is to create a new, exciting, and concentrated source of off-season wrestling for the Northeast Ohio area. This year the SFL will only have four clubs, all chartered by USA Wrestling-Ohio. We will pair up with the other clubs and compete in league matches once a week.
The Tiger Wrestling Club is in the SFL, and starts practicing at Twinsburg High School on Tuesday, April 1st (6pm-8pm), meets again on Thursday, April 3rd (6pm-8pm), and then has a regular schedule of Tuesday practice and Thursday competition within the league at those same times. External competition is also in the works, as well as some possible clinics.
