OhioStateBuckeyes.com reports Tom Ryan has inked a 3-year extension through 2027.
Could this be a reward for landing a huge blue chip recruit? Possibly one who may be the best Ohio high school wrestler in history?

Certainly congrats on the extension. Did he step in for the start of the 2005 season? Man…time flies.
But does three seasons seem short for an extension? I get that he’s been doing this for a while, and all careers end…but it seems like maybe an extension for 5 or 7 years would have made it seem more emphatic.
Oh, whale. Just thinking.
