If I'm the Bucks, I'd be interested in Alex Facundo and A.J. Ferrari. Ferrari gives an interview on Flo and talks continuously about Jesus. He also talks briefly about entering the portal even though he continuously praises his Bakersfield coaches. He's also a bit nuts but an excellent wrestler. Facundo would slot right in at 165.
Give me this lineup:
125: Kilkeary/McCrone
133: Davino
141: Mendez
149: J. Jaggers or Lance Palmer
157: Cannon
165: Facundo
174: Birden
184: Rogotzke or Shumate
197: Ferrari
285: Feldman

Did we lose Rocco Welsh to the portal?

No. I assume just an oversight on Hank's part.

That’s also my assumption but he scared me.

I saw the Ferrari interviews and was shocked in his turn around of his behavior, he even admitted he was too proud prior to the semi match and quoted "pride comes before the fall". If he is truly sincere about turning his life around, OSU would be crazy not to try and get him.

A.J. appears to have improved himself, but after listening to this interview I’m not sold that I want hime to be a Buckeye. Can you imagine how Sammy S or the Nicks or Jesse could handle his arrogance?

Facundo is an obvious target. Seems like Oklahoma State would be a really logical landing place for him, though.
If Iowa will take Ferrari, I don't see anyone else being in the running.
I do wonder about Iowa though... could we see someone like Gabe Arnold transfer? Disappointing end to the season. Maybe some frustrations about the lineup management this season. Potentially boxed out next year. Would be a great get.

TR has been pretty vocal regarding his opinions on the portal. I wouldn’t say he’s against, but he seems pretty conservative in how active the Bucks are in it. I would be absolutely shocked if Ohio State even remotely considered Ferrari. I don’t think a brand conscience University like OSU would allow someone like him to be a representative of the school. Facundo and Paddy battled a bit in high school. Does bringing Alex in signal an end to Gallaghers tenure with the program? Honestly, 165 is about the only weight I could OSU exploring the option. Shumate was round of 12. With Rogotske likely to redshirt and Geog to return would you really allocate more resources on a weight where you’re going to be three deep?

Depends on what the resource limitations are.
The 9.9 scholarship limitation may go away in two weeks.

Facundo is a great freestyler with a win over Levi Haines last spring. My guess is he picks a school with an established freestyle training center. Oklahoma State makes a lot of sense.

Can't believe I forgot Welsh.
A.J. Ferrari's religiosity makes him a match for Tom Ryan in my opinion. That's a bond for the two of them.

Drew I think you hit on something regarding recruiting for tOSU, we basically have no OTC program to talk of, and a lot of the recruits are looking to go FS after (and sometimes during) their college careers. We once had Kyle Snyder, J'den Cox, Joey McKenna, Even Henderson, etc. in OSU's OTC. Now all that's left is Kollin Moore? This weekend they were talking about how the Penn State kids get to wrestle/learn from some of the best wrestlers on the planet in practice, and it shows.

Jack-Kollin Moore retired from competition last fall and is now coaching Ohio RTC with Coleman Scott. Their roster is basically Jesse Mendez, Rocco Welsh and other current Buckeyes trying to make world teams.
The RTC needs more money. We should all help if we can.
