Hmmm...indeed.
I can see him as a potential fit at a number of schools including Missouri, Nebraska, and, yes, Ohio State.
Smith has been at Mizzou for 27 seasons. Manning has been at Nebraska for 28.
I think Burroughs is smart, personable and an obvious draw for talent.

I’ve been thinking about this. A lot of great wrestlers don’t necessarily make great coaches. But I do like that:
He was only a one time state champ.
He was 16-13 as a frosh at Nebraska so clearly knew how to grow.
He came back as a senior from a bad knee injury to get a second NCAA championship.
He wrestled with a broken ankle to win a world title.
He has come back from losses internationally to avenge them.
I cannot find if he has any coaching experience. He would bring a different — successful — program experience. He might be a great fit at TOSU if it’s not Jags or Logiebear .
