Agreed on the good news part - I didn't know what to expect when all I saw was his name as the title of the thread. Congrats to Myles! I was sitting matside when he won his finals match against Bo - such a fun moment.

And I was sitting mat side when he lost to Max Dean his senior year. boy if those two events don't epitomize the highest highs and the lowest lows of our sport, both as a fans and wrestlers, then I don't know what does

His finals win over Bo Nickal in 2016 was one of the greatest moments in program history. His semifinals loss to Max Dean in 2019 was one of the biggest disappointments.
Myles had gotten so good by his senior year. He destroyed just about everyone, including Dean.
Congrats to him on this well deserved recognition. I look forward to hearing his speech.
Myles retired from competition a few years back. Not sure what he’s doing now. His dad used to be active on this board.

Myles was one of the most exciting performers in Buckeye wrestling history. Also one of the best. His induction is well deserved.
