You can get a one month subscription to ESPN+ for $12.99. Then you can cancel the subscription within that month or they automatically renew you for another month. I usually wait a couple days then cancel.

Anyone watch?
I see BM won 4-2 over their backup
Geog was a TD away from a tech until he gassed and hung on to win. Seems like this happens to him all the time. Big lead and gas and hang on.
This weekend should be exciting with all the money on the line.

That 125 "back-up" ain't bad. Also, I loved what I saw from Fishback. I sent a text message to some friends. Brian Nicola responded "dece".

Some match notes
Mccrone wins 4-2 and had to fight off several takedowns in the third to win against a backup that went 7-19 last year and most of his losses were by bonus. I don’t care who won the h2h I’m wrestling Bouzakis next weekend. Mccrone has a 2-17 record against guys inside the wrestlestat top 20 and his only wins being via fall. He has limited offense and the only way he’s beating top 20 type of kids if he pins them. Also there are fastest td bonus next weekend. Wrestle Bouzakis, the top teams are all very close and will need him to win it.
Kharchla looked fast and strong. Healthiest he has been in a very long time. If he doesn’t finish top 5 this year I would be disappointed.
Stiles and cannon probably have huge cuts and didn’t need them. They probably both move up next season.
Geog gasses bad. Was up 15-2 and won 16-12. That’s not a good sign going into next week.
Everyone else basically did what they were supposed to do. Be nice to wrestle a team with at least a few ranked guys to give a better measuring stick.
Shumate and Kilkeary both won msu open yesterday. Birden got pinned which isn’t a good sign.

I also think McCrone is one dimensional and they should put Nic in at 125. Birden was way ahead in the score when he got pinned, so I am not sure how he got stuck. Fishback looked great. I know it was a disappointment to lose Welsh, but Fishback is a good replacement. I like how he chain wrestles and appears to have a great motor. Hoping Geog gets in better shape as the season rolls on, as it was embarrassing how he looked in the third period. Shumate is still an option.

My only question about McCrone is if he down 5-1 going into the 3rd how does he win? Take top and hope for a turn?

This happened a hand full of times last year and he usually just rode the guy, kicked him with 20 seconds to go, and couldn't get the last second takedown.

Could Geog's gassing have to do with the weight cut? Looked great last week winning Clarion. Dual meet have a lot less turn around time after weigh ins.
