Today's Ohio RTC Buckeye Scoop states our projected line-up for the PSU match, including Bouzakis, Gallagher, and Kharchla, etc.
At 157 it lists both Deselle and Chase (so as anticipated, no Cannon).

Wasn't certain what to expect with respect to Bouzakis and Kharchla, etc.
But looks like they may be good to go.

We get past this, plus Maryland, and I'm sure our guys will be ready for a break before Big Tens.
Our schedule this year has been cra - per my count we've wrestled nine (9) teams in the top ten (this includes Minnesota twice, Nebraska twice, and Iowa twice); contrast that to PSU which has wrestled a grand total of three (3).

What a year!!

You'd need a young David Taylor for him to match up with Jaggers!

I took a few liberties. I really wanted to match up Kyle Snyder v Kyle Snyder.

Cannon being out is just devastating for The Buckeyes chances. With him in the lineup the 5/5 split was right there. Now they are going to need a legit upset just to get to the 5/5 split. That means you're going to have to beat VanNess, Haines or Welsh. I figure Duke, Mesenbrink and Barr are pretty much unbeatable in this particular situation. Both Haines and Welsh will likely wrestle close, low scoring bouts with excellent opponents. It could happen, but it's a stretch. It'll be interesting to see what the matchup looks like when Ohio State is at full strength.

The Vegas spreads Penn state -16.5. I like Penn states chance to cover. Happy valley is hard to wrestle at and Penn state is going to try to embarrass us. I think Ohio state wins three matches at most and Penn state is going to get much more bonus.

125/133 I think maybe we can be 3-3 after and I’ll be happy
141 7-3 major over Davis
149 7-7 major van ness
157 7-13 pin Duke
165 7-18 tf Messenbrink
174 7-21 Dec Haines
184 7-24 Dec welsh
197 7-29 tf Barr
285 10-29 Dec Feldman

If Ohio state gets more than 3 wins it’s a great win for them imo.

Carson is out and Bouzakis is doubtful from what I’ve heard. Penn state by a million

I remember Carson's match was stopped and he was limping a little when he got caught in a scramble, and we all saw Nic grab his back at the end of his match, but I agree, the Big Tens are now the goal. I guess Kilkeary will go at 125, but who will be at 174?

Me. I’ll drop 20 pounds, drive to State College and whup me some Nittany Lion. Haines doesn’t scare me…because it’s never going to happen. But I will be watching.

I do have eligibility left. Like all of it.
