Good news to start the offseason! Big flip in an area of need. Gave Jax a great match at Powerade. Love seeing this.

What weight is he projected to fill?

141/149. Might need him to go right away if we don’t land anyone in portal.

I really think Karson should take a redshirt. Hoping both 141 and 149 are portal additions this off-season.

Just listened to an interview with Karson

1. Says he was a smal 138 and will definitely be a 141 this year
2. Says he is not sure whether he will redshirt or not that it is up to the staff
3. Has Canadian citizenship and will represent Canada u20s and hopefully 2028 Olympics he said.

His brother Kade in the portal. It looks like he had a good season last year as a redshirt. In the plans for 149?

There's a rumor being spread that Mendez is trying to get another year of eligibility. I don't see how but that's just something I read.

That would be unbelievable . . . And poetic justice after the gray hairs who wrestled for Iowa and TSUN a couple of years ago.

Kade Brown is very good. Watched his match against Buesgens in the dual and he's wrestled close with almost everyone.

The thing to remember is that a sleeping giant is always awaiting to awaken. How you think about the sport and how sound your offensive attacks and ability to replicate against quality opponents is the tell. Need someone to help get you there. It has to be the right info/message. A lot of bad info out there.

How hard you work is a false flag. Most everyone looks to it as the end all. Myself included for the longest time.

My friend just sent me the true tell and it was an interview by John Salley of Cael Sanderson;

Q Salley: How do you stay focused?

A Cael; I concentrate on the little things that help me to win matches rather than win and lose. I didn't want to think about winning and losing. I just wanted to score points, keep it simple. Like moving your feet...

When you combine this mindset with a unique skillset, i.e. a lefty ankle pick, a righty head inside low level single, a very disciplined collar tie and going back and forth in between ties and a host of other positional excellence; you become great and nearly unbeatable. Until then, you are just another unrefined product being very good.
