Last years winning performance was a high bar to set but this team has talent and fun off the mat.I agree with Jason at InterMat blog that J.D. is one scary looking woman.

The Bergmans and Picazo are scary looking women. Well, they all were scary looking women.
Anyone else think this is why they are so successful on the mat? Must be nice to have a great time with your team off the Mat. Think Iowa has anyone that can dance like Reece?

is why they are so good on the mat. <smile> I'm sure the hard work that is put into each practice, over a lifetime, has more to do with the victories. However, I would say that it could be a
component
as to why they are so succesful.

I think Reece would win a dance off against any Hawkeye wrestler not named Brent Metcalf. Brent Metcalf is a brutal and relentless dancer. Humphrey would destroy Slaton in a dance off.
