Some people on this forum are probably aware that former Blair Academy standout and Cornell wrestler, Adam Frey, had been battling for his life for the last several months.
The story began when Frey was in a bad car wreck. While recovering in the hospital, the doctors found several tumors throughout his body. After surgery and months of chemo, Frey recently announced on his blog, http://adamfrey.us/ , that he is cancer free.
I have read this blog from time to time and have admired his courage, humor and grace while facing the prospect of possibly dying. To hear from him that he is cancer free has been wonderful. For those of a mind to do it, I highly recommend reading his blog from start to finish. It's time well spent.

Thanks, Hank.
Just read it. Great news about the cancer being dead. Adam is one tough dude. I hope the mass metabolizes so he doesn't have to get the surgery and can start to fully recover from the whole ordeal.

Adam Frey was trashed consistently on message boards.I can't understand flaming on wrestlers, in general. In this case it turned out that the mistakes that were being made by posters were pretty egregious. Sobering to think about.

Steve: Sadly, people take message boards too seriously. All it takes is one zealous fan of a particular kid or program and the mob mentality strikes.
